From Natural building to Chocolate treats

Have you ever felt that you are meant to do something? When I started this project, that's exactly how I felt. I didn't know much about what I was doing, but I definitely knew where I was going. I had a dream to chase, and that led me on a wonderful journey.

From the muddy start when I literally dug a hole to make the wall, to observing people from all around the world enjoying our chocolate creations, this is part of the journey I have been through. Thank you for caring!

The Natural Building part

I fell in love with building with natural materials. It's been hard work and dedication to be where we are today, but it has been a very interesting journey. Discovering different materials, learning new techniques, making mistakes but slowly getting better at it. The ups and downs and daily challenges have helped me know myself better and establish a connection with Mother Nature that I welcome very much!

The Cafe days

In the beginning, we opened as a cozy cafe, using cacao mostly for our delicious smoothies. Our menu featured savory dishes with a delightful Italian twist. While we still offer dinners by reservation, our true passion now lies in crafting exquisite chocolates and sweets. It's been an exciting journey, and the art of chocolate-making has truly transformed our project!

The Chocolate Era

The chocolate making began as a way to directly support the Indigenous Community. Cacao farmers are underpaid due to stock market prices and child labor, making the commodity cheap. We pay 300% more, encouraging farmers to return to Cacaotales and harvest cacao. This has transformed our project, focusing on healthy products and fair wages. I hope to convey my gratitude to everyone involved. Thank you!

Nature

From the very beginning of this journey, Nature has been our constant companion. The breathtaking splendor of animals, plants, and trees has left me feeling incredibly fortunate to witness such wonders firsthand. Allow me to share some of these moments with you.
